4. Clients agree that this is a process and agree that sufficient information about health matters, mental health matters and love life matters are necessary and should be attended to and disclosed for proper levels of assistance.

5. All clients are encouraged to fill out our Intake form and to be honest as possible in disclosing, health, mental health, relationshiip, family and other situations so we may make the most of their sessions. All information remains private and is not publicly disclosed

Return and Refund Policy

Refunds and returns are done on a case by case basis once services have been rendered. There must be reasonable explanation and extenuating circumstances or an in kind service may be offered.

If client has engaged in unlawful activity as a result of beliefs despite our suggestions, advice or admonitions, there is no refund and we are not liable for damaged caused to third parties up to and including arrests, breaiking of Orders of Protection, stalking, harming or lying by omission, of factual information.

We will do what we can within our possibilities to correct any error, or assist if there is any purging that may be misunderstood, this is on a case by case basis, due to certain situations requiring deeper attention.
